She was employed at AHP Medical Company and later worked at Columbus Regional Medical Center in Medical Records. After retiring, she became an independent care giver for a team of doctors. She was a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church. Survivors include her father of Detroit, MI; a brother, James (Juanita) Williams of Midland, 3 nephews, Garey (Kuwonna) Ingram, James (Belinda) WIlliams III, Akeem Williams, 4 great nephews, Christian, Justin, DeMario and Richard; 2 great nieces, Rameerah and Rischarda.
